Refund Policy

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing a photo of any defects to tzprints@aol.com so we can assist you further. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please Include a photograph of the original packaging where possible – especially if the package arrives damaged.

Prints are custom made on a per order basis. We can’t accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. If a photograph is faulty, we would be happy to send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund within a 14 day period of delivery. 

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within up to 7 working days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can’t accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. If you need us to exchange a damaged product, please send us an email at tzprints@aol.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
