Q. Do your prints come with a white border?
A. All sizes are printed edge-to-edge, allowing you to frame the prints as they are, or mount inside a white border.
Q. What are the delivery times of your prints?
A. Delivery times vary depending on which country you live in. Before your order gets shipped, please allow 2 days for your order to be processed.
USA & Canada – 2-8 Days
UK & Ireland – 3-8 Days
Europe – 3-10 Days
Worldwide – 5-20 Days
Due to carrier limitations and legal restrictions, it may not be possible to deliver to a small selection of countries.
You will be provided with a tracking number if available to track the delivery of your print.
Q. How are the prints packaged?
A. All prints are made to order and carefully packaged in a protective tube or box to ensure the best quality and archival life by the time it reaches your door. If your product is damaged, please contact me at tzprints@aol.com immediately and include a photograph of the damaged packaging and print.
Q. What paper do you use to print on?
A. Photographs are printed on demand at a professional photographic print lab on the branded papers. This ensures that the images are printed to a very high quality and provides the most accurate colour reproduction.
Q. Do you offer framing and matting images?
